Good evening,
I just got 2 Jeeps and will create another thread for the other one.
I bought this "almost" finished [b]1954 Jeep M38A1[\b]
Physically she is in great shape and the Engine does not seem far to being ready.
Here is my todo list I see so far:
1. Clean the tank of its rust, seal it. Get a new unit sending and Pickup (totally rusted out). and check the fuel line (Seems to have problem going through when I tested it, did not made it to the gas glass thingy.
2. Check the sparks, I clean the sparks plugs but there is not sparks when trying.
3. Check the electrical, the main lights works but not the camouflage lights.

I have more skill limitation on the #2, if any of you would have an idea of the most current offender, this will be helpful.
Thanks.

Can you tell me how to upload a picture of the Jeep please?
Thanks

First review the free manuals on our web site's "Downloads" page: Use the link
at the top center of this page or use this: http://www.willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php?name=Downloads

The M38A1 service manuals have an entire chapter in each on troubleshooting procedures. Alway use a note pad to record the steps you take and their results.

Look closely at this web sites Forums Index and you'll see a forum dedicated to Photo Posting & Gallery requests/problems

It is easiest to first obtain a photo album right here on our web site then use this local album to post photos to your forum post.
