Patience finally paid off and I found these take-offs --- 2 of the 3 used on the M38. A little pitting but they cleaned up and painted nice. Plenty of spring left in them. Couldn't find NOS anywhere.

Maybe I missed it, but I never found a photo here or anywhere else (including the M38 Reference Guide) for positive ID of these rings so thought I'd post one here in case anybody is looking. I believe they're correct?

Still looking for another if you have one to spare? Smile In the meantime I think I'll use one on the front axle and one on the rear.

Yep, you missed it! I have an old sub-album on brake line clips. and Ryan has them on page 113 of the reference guide!

We'll still give you an "A" fro effort Ron! Wink

Also the ORD 9 offers more info then we often admit:

Embarassed Dang it! Embarassed

Thanks Wes. I read these books cover-to-cover, over and over....no excuse for a bad case of CRS. I beg your pardon!

Need to learn to read them once more --- before hitting the "send" button.
