Please be gentle!

I have a perfect military tachometer with hour meter.

It is mechanical. I want to install it in my 1952 M38 CDN.

So there is no mechanical port(other than speedo) to connect it to.

Is there a unit that will convert the trigger signal to mechanical?

Ideas?

Lyle, We just went thru this question right here 2 weeks ago. Confused

There is no convenient way to trigger a mechanical drive tach on a Willys 134 series engine electrically. If you are not willing to add the mechanical drive set-up I gave you a link to in your previous post then you will simply have to buy an electrical Tach that runs off the ignition pulses.
