Does the brake pad tension springs of the emergency brake both go under the tabs or one over and one under? As I disassembled, I seem to recall both under but the Kaiser video shows the one on the adjusting side goes over the tab.

Most pics I see they are both under. I did an internet search and found one with one over. I did both mine under.

By positioning both under seems to provide better tension on the springs. It's too loose otherwise. Possibly appearance doesn't make a difference. Thanks for the response.
