Have identified oil being blown from top of oil filler tube getting into cross over tube and into carb. Oil is not coming from oil bath breather. Why and any solutions?

Oil being thrown from the oil filler pipe to the crossover is caused by an over pressurization of the engine's crank case caused by a plugging up of the vent system. A frozen closed PCV valve or a fording valve closed will cause that.
