You must first have the photo loaded on a web site. The you click on the "Img" above the box then a [img] appears in your post box. Immediately adjacent to the [img[ insert your URL for the photo. Then click the "Img*" above the post block and it will appear in the post block at the end of your photo's URL.

There are several freebe web sites out there that let you store your photos and you can then link to them.
This is the one I use most and I pay an extra fee for more space
