I recieved this email yesterday, sounds like fun.


Howdy,
This is an open invitation to come to our 8th Annual Rocky
Mountain 50cal Shooters Asso.....
Machine Gun Shoot near Cheyenne Wells Colorado, which is about 160 miles
southeast of the Denver area. This is a
"Safe"....."Controlled".....Shoot put on as a annual benefit and
fundraiser for the Cheyenne County Fire Department. We have a Firing
Line almost 1/4 mile long......we have targets out to 1.5 miles away.
Several vendors and dealers will be there renting any....and every
weapon you have ever seen since WWI....to the Iraq War. We even have a
G.E. Mini Gun in 7.62 firing up to 6000rds a minute.....you can fire
it. 37MM AT Cannons......75MM Pack Howitzer....50BMG .....clear down to
22cal machine guns. We have an evening shoot with almost all tracers
that would put the attack on Bagdad as seen on CNN.....to shame.
This is completely run by trained Range Officers......there is NO
ALCOHOL allowed on the property. The whole family is welcome.....the
small charge for spectators is $5.00ea......you must bring Eye & Ear
protection. I would NOT recommend small children or pets be brought
out. There is Food from several vendors anailable.
We would ALWAYS like to see as many Military Vehicles brought
out......its a nice opprutunity to show off your vehicle.....bring it
out to an environment it was born in.....your vehicle will appreciate
it. We have had Tanks...Halftracks...Jeeps....reinactors groups come out.
It starts Thursday Night....and runs till Sunday Noon.......
