1954 M38A1 Rolling Chassis fs

I have a 1954 m38a1 rolling chassis for sale. The only thing that is not included is the tub, fenders, original wheels, a working 24 volt system, and chairs. I was going to buy a new tub but decided that after my dad died that i do not have the experience to fullfill this porject. Everything included is a 134 flathead hurricane engine that has a Clifford header, with newer water pump, new fuel pump, new carb, and converted to 12 volt within the last 3 years. The engine is mated to a t-90 transmission and a dana-18 transfer-case with shifters. The axles are dana 25 front and dana 44 rear with 5.38 gears and a stamp plate that reads rebuilt by japan ordinance company in 1954. The frame has cracks and will need someone to fix . The lift springs are ranchero 2.5 lift springs because they were the only ones i could find at the time. Also included is the steering wheel and shaft, steering box, heater, heater fan, recored radiator, and other miscellaneous parts. The jeep was running last year but has sat since then. I am selling the jeep as one item and wish not to separate parts of now. any questions i can be reached through a pm I am asking $700obo for everything.
