Does the early intervehicle cable for the M100 trailer have a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other?

The correct configuration of the early cable does have a male pin set on one end and female on the other. Plugs look the same, but inner part is not.

John,

Do you have the male plug that would go on the trailer and the female for the cable?

Or is there some way to swap the inards of the connecors to make it correct...

I have females on both the trailer and the jeep, males on both ends of the cable... (I could not find the connectors the other way round or positive information on the correct configuration).

Any help info welcome...

Hello Hal,
Here's the positive info ORD 9 SNL G-747 Dated FEB 52. The male/male cable setup didn't last long and the TM 9-2330-201-14 IPL doesn't even list the male/male cable.
