Most of his discription describes the Canadian version of the M-38, where there were only 2145 built. And they did not see service during combat in Korea.
And looking at his photos, there is a lot wrong withthe jeep, rear taillights are wrong for instance... Front lifting shackles and mounts are missing; trailer plug is missing, and I do not see indents for the pioneer tools on the passenger side...
He used most of the canned description that really described the pilot model M38's.
He's priced a thousand too high for the condition. Lot's of hidden rust and I really find the tail light mountings interesting.
Hal I have photos somewhere of Canadian units in Korea in 1952 with their M38's. Most were the direct purchase M38's from our Army that preceded their own CDN production. However their CDN's were in the field early enough to get to Korea before the armistice in Sep 53. _________________ Wes K
