Ryan and I try to stamp out any fights on this site quickly.

It helps to post the answer here so others can see what's available and from whom.

For every one enthusiastic poster there are at least 10 folks who prefer to watch and learn and are reluctant post.

Let's keep public forums public, open and civil. Wink

To stay on topic I believe MWM stocks the 297 and 299 mounts. I also believe Green Radios stocks then as well and Fair Radio is also a good source.

The MT-299 mount is available if one is willing to pay the price...

6 months or so ago MWM had NOS for $500...

I got lucky and found one on the G503 for half that from a gent that did not need it anymore...

I have one MT-297 mount I am willing to sell, only to Stateside persons. PM for price and photos.

Hope this helps...

Wes, you are a proven friend. The results are all over the map. 100.00 to 500.00. Offers at 300.00. Some only sell a complete setup. There still are decent Jeep guys that are willing to help out fellow Jeepers that want the going price . The jury is still out on this!!!! I have nothing bad to say about MMP and John B. If you go to G503 to the radio site, you can read 24 pages plus about radios and the guys selling them. Some are not pleasant to read. The only reason I want this setup is that my Jeep absolutely had it. My unit numbers on the front bumper say it was a artillary radio Jeep with the 171st 1st battalion 45th group field artillary in Korea. The holes, charging system, cables are still there. I'm glad to share my results and info. with my Jeep friends. I'm not making money here, just spending! Shocked John
