I need a good close up photo of the top bow ends, why because i can not get a full set of bows in UK and want to convert a set of WWII bows to the flat ends for M38A1 fittings. I need to know the lengh of the flat bits and how they are attached. A good close up photo would be most useful.

thanks guys Very Happy

Thanks for the reply It is some help, I need to make the lower section of the top bow to fit in the bracket. So I need either a photo of that bit of the top bow up close with a ruler by it or a plan with dimentions on it, I guess I also need to know how long the final side of the bows should be. Very Happy

If I don't make the adaptation to the wwII bows I have I have to import a top bow from the USA or Holland at great expence.

If I leave it as is the roof has to stay up, which i guess is how the Swiss Army used it. I like to have my roof down when the sun shines, but being England I need to be able to raise the roof at a moments notice!! Crying or Very sad

thanks for your help with this one
