Can anyone tell me where I can purchase an oil spray nozzle for the L134 engine?
Or can I just put an 1/8 plug in with a small hole drilled in it?
If so what size hole to drill.
You could make one. You would have to drill the center of the plug from the rear to create a hollow plug with the hollow probably about 2/3 rds of the diameter of the plug. Then temporarily install the plug and tighten slightly. Mark the side of the plug that faces the cam gear at a point just before it meshes with the crank gear. Remove the plug and drill a 0.040 hole in from the side so that the spray from that hole will strike the cam gear in about the middle of it's teeth width. _________________ Wes K

If you can't find one of these at a vendor I would suggest either turn one on a lathe using 7/16" hex stock or get a short 2" or so 1/8" P steel nipple and cut it off at one end to make it 1 1/4" tall then take a 1/4" bolt and cut the head off leaving a short 1/8" to 3/16" stump of the shank. Then weld it in the the end of the pipe nipple. Then measure up from the threaded end and drill your 0.040 hole. _________________ Wes K

Thanks for the information . you have been a great deal of help.
I spoke with a fellow in vermont that thinks he has one to send me.
