..Iīve seen so much pictures in the last days so I donīt know how to install one in the right way.In my opinion it can bring some problems when the bracket is installed on the left side (back) in the correct way because I think itīs a little spaced out. I have seen pictures on which the bracket is installed upright. Can I do it in this way? I donīt have enough space on my M38 for to use it on the back with these adapters (additional angles like the airborne did it on ww2 Jeeps).
What would you guys say?

Thank a lot for helping me again and again Wink

There's the MP-50 antenna mount bracket and then there is also an MP-50 support bracket for the M38. The MP-50 is a standard US antenna mount bracket and on some vehicles it is mounted directly to the vehicle and in others it is mounted on a support bracket that better positions it for use on that particular vehicle.

The M38 uses the MP-50 antenna mount bracket but it is used with the M38 adapter support bracket PN 28591 and is usually mounted on the driver's side rear corner.

...digging out this thread I have another question. The MP-50 mount bracket is installed now Cool and looks good. Iīve installed an european clone of the AB-15 antenna base but I would like to curve the antenna a bit more. So the idea is to use an MP-57 antenna base (with the original antenna elements) but will the diameter fit to the MP-50 antenna mount bracket? A guy is making me a good offer at this time for the MP-57...
