Are the Omix Ada hinges worth getting? I can't seem to locate any others.

And does anybody have any hints on getting the uppers out? they kind of look "melded"...

They have usually found a rusty home in there. Heat, penetrant and muscle. It is worth every effort to salvage the original ones.

Thanx Wes. I don't think mine are usefull. The pins are pretty worn as are the "C" parts ( they just about come part without using the flats). And they are bent far enough I had to use the back half of my old cowl gasket to get the windshield straightened up...

I guess I'll keep hoping for NOS or try the after market...
