To briefly answer two questions:

N ° 1 - Has anyone had the audacity to try to spark ignition 12v 2243?
No. 2 - What think you would get a result

They should spark just fine. The old point type ignitions used a very simple coil system that was usually rated in the 40,000 spark voltage range. This was the original 6 volt coils of the 1930's and up. When 12 volt electrical systems appeared so did a 1.1 or so ohm resistance in the coil's primary line. The 24 volt coil has a 5.5 Ohm resistance in it's primary line. I think if you do the math the coil outputs are about the same for all three input voltages.

Wes, thank you very much for the reply.

This coil is dry I will use

Ignition Coil 3L3E12A366CA,

Input voltage: 8V-12V 2
Output voltage: 30kv over 3 Temperature.
Maximum Voltage 35000
Peak Current: 8.5
Primary Voltage: 14.2
Peak Current: 8.5
Primary Ohm Resistance: 0.5
Ohm Secondary Resistance: 5500

We will have to examine how they behave with these values. But if a problem presents itself, I'll use civil 12v spark hidden within the metal body of the plug 2243 once modified, to use waterproof cables. The feasible idea I have in mind.....
yeah , I found that it can be Twisted Evil
