Notice in the second photo on Ebay these boys have the side glass windows for lighting from behind the dash.

It would be interesting to track down the lineage.

They appear to have ordnance number 7728855 versus 7728853, and no AC number at the bottom.

Well rat bait.

Pulling the trigger before checking to see if the bore is clear.

8855 is the correct gauge for temperature.

8853 is the oil pressure gauge.

Still begs the question about the missing AC number.
Maybe a replacement gauge form another supplier?

Wonder if they used the original guts and built a new waterproof case with Douglas connectors and light windows since they probably had a few left over from the MB and 35 jobs?
