Does the oil pressure drop as the temperature gets colder?
I haven't really noticed this with my CJs.

With the engine at proper coolant operating temp then the answer is no. With a very cold engine at start-up oil pressure will tend to be lower then a warm engine at start-up. But an engine in good health with a 160 to 190 degree coolant temp will hold the same oil pressure winter & summer.

I've noticed it's like 20 degrees out most day, and I'll let the truck warm up past the "60" mark on the temperature gauge. When I then take it down the street, oil pressure is 30-35 where it used to be 40 in warmer temperatures. Not a huge drop, but noticeable. I checked oil level and made sure it's to the full line with Shell Rotella 30.

Dan, 60 degree's is not warmed up. You must not have a thermostat in her or your thermostat is stuck open.

As I said above if she's at normal operating coolant temp 160-190 then oil pressure will read the same in the winter and the summer.

I'm sorry, let me clarify. The beginning mark on my temperature gauge is 60. The unnumbered next mark is, I would guess, around 100? That is what I let it warm up to before driving. From there, it usually goes about to the numbered 180 mark.

Well once it gets to the 180 mark your oil pressure should read the same winter or summer. Since you say yours reads differently each season then either you are switching oil weights seasonally which will yield different pressures or you have some other issue. I would suggest accurately recording the winter and summer readings under identical conditions then see where you really stand. IE get her warmed up to 180, drive her at 45 MPH and write the pressure reading down this week. Then this summer do the same thing and compare. Don't rely on your memory when troubleshooting an issue like this.
