So I finally found an M100 that appears to be a post war from the pictures I've seen. It's really a good deal at $700 and in good shape. My problem is this, the guy listed it a month ago and posted pictures of it in a storage facility. There are no data plates and no title. Just a bill of sale. Is that an issue in CA to anyone's knowledge?

DMV will want you to fill out a statement of facts and get CHP to verify that there are no numbers on the trailer tub or frame.
