Like Wes, the best advice I give to guys when trying to help guys with their bumper unit markings when they order kits from me, is to find a unit you want to represent, and then start to google info about the unit. There is usually quite a bit of info out there and then start looking at timelines of ...

congratulations.

Don't suppose they tell you what they docked points for do they?

They mail you the judging sheet after the show so you can see what they deducted for. I know a couple are little things like a couple of the hose clamps are modern worm gear clamps and the radiator cap was not the ...

Congratulations Dave. She looks great.

You must have missed our site's down time while site maintenance was trying to get us back on line they noted we were using way too much band space. One cause was loading photos sized way over the 200K limit to posts. I took the liberty as a web site admin to ...

I do something similar at displays. I use an old iPhone that I had around and downloaded several radio chatter files to it and let it play during shows. It's slim and can easily slip under the radio mount and really does make it sound like it's coming from the radio. I have it set up on a loop and ...

Yep, Jeep lean. This is the whole reason I relocated my radio set to the passenger side fenderwell to help balance the Jeep. With the radio on the proper driver's side and with just usually a driver in it, it had quite the Jeep lean going.

Plus, it's a little exaggerated in that photo, look at the ...

Finished up re-restoration on my late 53' Jeep M38a1 that is marked similar to one my father drove in the fall of 62' in the Florida Keys during the Cuban Missile Crisis. I even replicated the orange lightning bolts which were used to mark the different companies within the 313th ASA.

Nice video how to do paint mask stencils. Well done.
Always cracks me up to hear you thank yourself for making them.

Many might not realize you also do "custom" stencils like your lightning bolts and ASA crest (you did some 3rd Infantry Division for me, very nice).

Thanks!

Who does the other extra 715 & 725 belong to?

All six are mine. I've done the restorations on all of them except the M38a1 which is why I want to re-restore it and bring it up to my standards.

Thanks Dave, Great photos. Can you post a few of your A1? Or a link to your album.

Here are a few from before the re-restoration. I know it doesn't look like it needs it, but there were several small things incorrect on it that I wanted to fix up.
