Stars on jeeps
I was in Korean war '53 - our jeeps stars pointed to windshield.
On my m38 I like it pointing where I'm going, that is normally forward.

I purchased some from our usual sources- wouldn't name them. Had trouble ! so I found out some Civy Trucks use 24v (28v) units. so I found a supplier who could get them and I bought 2. I know nothing about this! A friend ask me if I knew if the date the WWII jeep was made is in some of the numbers in the serial number that is on the the frame and dash data plate. (I know they should match) Any info about this would be appreciated.
