My question, is it the same lower hose that the CJ model !

Because, i found one in gates product 20993....

I thought that sandblasting was too powerful.

For sandblasting of my parts, i use of glass dust.

After 24 hour in dot3 oil. The old paint starts to react but we must scrub with a brush. I'll wait yet one day for see the reaction. For the moment the rubber ...

Spray but tough to remove, because is a thin layer which does not crack. I must rub, rub and rub...

But I have all my time.... :)

I ordered new ones, but I have not received the good parts. But the old bump stop are good, but the work to clean the old paint.

Have you a good solution for remove the old paint on the rubber, i see the people take a dot3 brake oil for remove a paint. They deposit in oil and some time later, they remove with a brush. Is it a good idea, because i would like to remove the paint on the rubber bump stop of my Unimog ...

I have great difficulty finding gl2 in my area. I am for traditional oils but gl2 is not found. All my automotive parts suppliers we said, it is very difficult to find gl2 today. Amsoil was the only with Manual Transmission & Transaxle Gear Lube 75W-90 GL4. I'm not too synthetic for our old vehicles ...
