pending payment the m38 has been sold

up for grabs is my m38 Jeep. it has been restored from ground up, frame off sand blasted, new wiring harness, the full brake system is new, 5 new sticker tires, new seats, canvas, repop rear seat frame with new cushions.
titled and licensed in Minnesota.

After firing up the m38 for the first time. I tried the lights, well the come on anyway.
My question is how do I check if I have the right connections.
when the light switch is set in any of the positions, what lights should come on. The reason I wondered if I had it right. is the stop light and ...

first off I didn't see the numbers correctly, is was 85, after looking at the schematic again I found it is not used. also the old set up did not have the circuit breakers, so the wiring is a little different hook up. I'm working on the wiring harness, and most of it is coming out the way it should, --things are matching up.
I have one wire labeled 81 but I do not find a reference to that numbered wire.
Finish the wiring, finish the hand brake ...

I was wondering if anyone is planning on attending the MVPA convention at Topeka KS?
I plan on showing up on Thur. and see how it goes. I've heard both positive and negative things about it. Si I will find out for myself.

when cleaning the engine I found this tag under a few layers of paint.



does anyone have any idea what this or what it was for?

they all help to under stand how the brake works, but the last one is a bingo!!!! it worked like a charm, all installed and shaft re installed.
