Make sure you take into account the shrinkage of an old top. It can be pretty significant. Shawn

Thanks Wes. It is the seals between the
"Bodies" of the carb. I think they are the
Biggest seals in a kit.

YS 950S carburetor seals

My carb runs great, but seems to leak a little fuel at the seals. Will it be OK to just replace the seals,or will opening it up to do this mean I will need to do a full rebuild? Thanks. Shawn

The primer handle I have is 2 1/2" long from the front to rear of the shaft. The retainer piece is broken(oh yeah,I have the double holed body pump). It seems that the shaft is not long enough,or am i missing something?

Adding "primer" handle to fuel pump

I am sending my fuel pump to Then and Now Automotive to have it rebuilt. I have a NOS primer handle. Anyone know if it can just be added to the pump I have, which is the correct military pump without the primer though. Thanks for any info. Shawn

I got the glove box in tonight with the help of my boys. One held the dash up and the other held the light. One other step in taking the dash off was removing the windshield hold down clamp brackets. Pretty simple though. I used some Military surplus never seize on any bolt I removed. We also got ...

No Wes. How will that help? Are you talking about the gauge panel or a part under or in back of the dash?

How do I install my glovebox insert in my M38A1?

I found a glovebox insert and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it up under the dash without removing the fuel tank and/or clutch pedal. Any ideas? Thanks. Shawn
