I was checking on prices for bearing and cups today. I found quite a difference in the prices between 3 places.
For Timken brand bearings ands cups.
Local Car Quest, Bearing #18590, $15.48.....Cup # 18520, $30.98
1st Bearing distributor: #18590, $22.59......Cup # 18520, $11.16
2nd Bearing distributor: #18590, $33.00......Cup # 18520, $45.00
Now I don't think these items come in sets (bearing and cup) together. Correct me if I am wrong. So if that being.
What would it matter if I ordered bearings from one store and the cups from another as long as they are from the same manufacturer?
Since I have to order four bearings and four cups, I'm leaning to get the Cups @ $11.16 from 1st distributor and the Bearing Cones from Car Quest @ $15.48
Any comments?

Ken,
If they are the same manufacturer and same part number I doubt they would be different.
I tend to find one good place I can trust and go to if needed for assistance rather than just the cheapest place.
That plus all the gas driving around to get the different stuff cuts down on my going to several places to complete a set.
