Vent and fuel line help for a 52 M38A1

Post by PaulK »

Hi Guys,

1.) I got my engine back and put it on the frame. I started putting the fuel and vent lines back on with the new kits I bought. All the lines are not there is there any way to make the necessary lines?

2.) I made a mistake of leaving a few brass fitting on the engine when I had it rebuilt. They apparently didnt know where they went so the distributed the brass pieces where they thought the fittings should go and closed off the rest of the holes. Does any one have a pic an F134 of the block directly under the carb, theres a brass fitting there that I think I have but there is a fitting there that i believe belongs on the other side. I have the manuals but there are not any clear views of what it is. If anyone wants to send as many pics of an actual correct engine with fuel and vent line fittings, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Paul
