What are the measurements for the long cylinder Stud on an M38. Legnth /Width/ thread sizes?

That info is on page 27 of your ORD 9 SNL G-740 M38 Parts Manual. There are three long studs and 12 short studs plus the short studs depend on engine serial number.

Try Walcks, I got some from Kaiser Willys, but you have to be carefull they get the order wrong 50% of the time...
