Winshield Wiper rebuild
Does anybody know who sells rebuild kits for my M38 wiper motor? Or do I have to buy a whole new motor?

Vacuum wipers take a lot of undue verbal abuse. They did a wonderful job for more than 60 years yet they are constantly bad mouthed.
!/2 of the wipers out there that aren't performing well are usually improperly plumbed or not recieving adequate vacuum from the engine and adequate vacuum boost from the fuel pump.
The other 1/2 can in some cases just be lightly lubricated to bring them up to snuff and the rest need a rebuild.
The kits can be found but if one takes their time and cleans and inspects closely all parts you'll find that most items can be returned to service and things like gagskets and flappers can readily be fabricated from new materials.
If you would rather hire the rebuild done then the place to go is:

Any modern man made rubber like material. The lubricant should be a material that is normally used to soften and renew that particular material. For example silicon based rubbers respond well to spray silicon and clean up well with alcohol first.

It's all in your service manual.
The original suck comes from the intake manifold. This suck is boosted to an even higher suck by the vacuum pump half of the fuel pump assembly. This super suck is delivered via a small tube from the pump up through a "T" fitting and then a hose near the firewall just about even with the rear end of the intake and then that hose goes through a small hole in the left side of the cowl and the hose connects to a small 7/32" tube at the lower left arm of the windshield and goes to a on/off valve at the bottom of the driver's windshield then via the same small tubing and hose to each wiper motor.
