Need data plate that goes on M38a1

any body know of a junk yard that would have a data plate for m38a1. My jeep is missing one. Need one to get jeep regerster.

One more question. what are the numbers for the front Axle that would state if it is a m38a1 assembly?

there's one on epay, other than that, not much resource for take-off plates.
