I thought I had a M38/A1 distributor, but after consulting the SNL's for both it does not appear to be so. It is an Auto Lite IBC 4005-UT 24volt distributor. What does that go to?

That's an old 6 volt Willys industrial engine distributor found on generator sets like the PE95. Most likely someone has put a 24 volt coil in it. It has the L134's centrifugal advance curve.
