M38 radio power supply cable

I'm thinking about purchasing a NOS radio receptacle cable assy. But i'm not sure if it is the correct one for the M38.
The box reads as best as I can see.

All I could find in the parts manual page 177 is
manufacture part # TI-B37654
IHC-E1272-97-10

ORD PART # 8677046

From the picture it looks like the correct cable but its coiled up and i can't see everything.
Can anyone help me verify if this is the correct one for the M38
