What do the latest carb diaphrams look like? I have seen the pale red ones and also the ones that look like the color sergical tubing.Anyone know if John at MWM sells just the diaphrams? It doesn't take long before the new gas eats up the old black ones!

I don't know of anyone selling only the diaphragms. For business purposes the easiest way to get the old NOS kits off the market is to sell your kits with the new rubber and not sell the rubber pieces.
