Guys
Is there any way to remove the electrical portion of this from the inside of the metal body of the actual receptacle? I have a lot of gunk/corrosion on the internal circumference the metal portion which would benefit from a good clean up and paint.
It would appear to me to just push out but I am not sure and can't find any ref to disassembly in my manuals.
Regards

The disassembly of that receptacle is covered in TM 9-1825E Bendix/Eclipse Electrical Components Manual.
