top storage inside M38

Post by Jake266 »

Somewhere on the site I saw a photo showing the storage locations for the top, doors, etc. I only have the top but was wondering if the top just rolls up and you use straps to tie it down or do you need some sort of bag the tops fits into before strapping it down?
thanks.

The top is folded and stored with the rod work on top of the right rear wheel house. The original folding doors are folded and stowed on top of the left rear wheel house. Bags are not used.

The photo reference is Fig 3, page 9, TM 9-8012.
