Post by Bretto »

Sorry for a lame question but does anyone know if Willys Wagon wheels have the same lug pattern and will they fit on a M38?

Yes and yes. They also come in several options. IE it's more common to find 15" wheels on the wagons which look a little smallish on the CJ series. The wagon wheels that do come in 16" are not the same wheel as the M38 & M38A1 but they will work. They have no safety bead and are usually 5" wide instead of the M38 4.5"

I have an offer to pick up a set for $40 for 4. They've got to be better looking that the white American Racing wheels I have. I'm going to go check them out tonight.

But realize that your set of white spokes have a use on your
jeep-especially when you dont need road wear on your
NDT'S. Ill someday pick up a set like yours for just that
purpose.
