Tail light help

I have a 53 m38a1 that has been converted to 12v. Previous owner had installed round trailer lights in the stock tail lamp location. I recently purchased a pair of original 24v tail light asym. My question is what do I need to run the originals on the 12v system?

All you should have to do is change the 24v bulbs to 12v ones.

Are all the rear lamp functions still wired to tjem? BOm tail, stop and service tail/stop and etc?
