PTO winch question

I just realized that you mount an overdrive to the back of your Dana 18, and that is also where you bolt up a PTO winch. Are the two exclusive-you pick one or the other?

No, they are not exclusive. I saw a CJ3B at the Mason, OH Willys show a couple weeks back that was running both. I was told there is a special adapter that allows you to run an overdrive and rear PTO simultaneously. Check out www.hermtheoverdriveguy.com. He is the expert.
