Air cleaner diagram - Error?

I noticed when I was reading up on my air cleaner that one of the diagrams seems to have a part flipped. The correct orientation that makes sense is shown in the picuture Wes posted (see link). Is this old news? I think the diagram lists the part as 'J'.
