oil pressure
My oil pressure guage is from 0 to 80...My M38 runns great but the pressure is at 60.. Every thing I have read says it should be 30..Anybody have any advise??????

Troubleshoot the indicating system in accordance with this:

If the indicating system is wrong fix it. If the indicating system checks out OK lower the oil pressure. You can also install a direct mechanical type oil pressure gauge temporarily and confirm the reading.
