uploading avatar doesn't work

Post by Cacti_Ken »

this doesn't seem to work. I have a pic of Beetle Bailey in my gallery with the required dimensions. At least I think it is correct. but it won't load to the avatar. I've tried other pics from my computer and none work.

Ken:

Try this:

Go to -- Your Account
Change Info
Avatar Control Panel (bottom of page)
Link to off-site Avatar
then COPY the URL of the avatar picture in your photo gallery
into the box
Select "Save Avatar"

Well I tried all of the ways except the off site way, because I figured the the gallery wasn't off site.

Warren, thanks for trying it and letting me know.

Rick, you must use a photo editor to reduce the size of the pic.
I use MGI PhotoSuite program. I tried using the one that came with the Windows 7 but can't do it.
