Any usefulness in showing what a combat rim looks like ?

How bad is it if the rims are not perfectly round? I recently came into 8 of these combat rims. A couple have the outer rim slightly flatened in a spot or two. Since they use inner tubes anyway I was thinking it would only be a cosmetic problem? Any thoughts? Easy fixes?
