Why make this so difficult when it is not @ all. Call Moran glass in Brizzy & all over Qld & northern NSW. They will come to where your vehicle is cut the glass to suit the frame & fit same for you as part of the deal....If they stuff up they do it again, until right. They are not expensive!

Hey thats great thanks. Will give them a call once I am back home . still down in Victoria after attending Corowa.

I was getting frustrated trying to deal with numerious glass mobs over the phone who were not interested if they cant pull it off the shelf.

M38A1 GLASS MEASUREMENTS - I STAND CORRECTED

Today I used the WesK method of placing the gasket in the WS frame and measuring. I came up with 704 mm (27.71 in.) X 330 mm (12.99 in.). I cut two pieces of scrap plastic to those dimensions and radiused 2 corners at 3 in. They do fit but are, I think, a little tight. Therefore, I am going to give the glass man 702 X 327 which are virtually the dimensions you obtained in your 2 measurements. I stand corrected. My apologies for doubting. Keep up the good work.

Better to be safe than sorry. Putting it is was a pain so let the glass guy do it if you can.
