wiring harness numbers
Hello, can anyone advise me on a part number? 2590-00-693-4227 Would this wiring harness work on 1953 M38a1? Wes your experince is needed here. Thanks for any help. RH

Actually that is a National Stock Number and it represents the Ord PN 8333282, WO PN 809260 which is the lighting harness for a M170. A few minor differences in connector types and cable lengths but could be adapted to a M38A1.
Go to pages 178 and 179 and compare the list of parts between the M170 light switch harness and the M38A1 light switch harness.
