Rear canvas seat frame holes
I got the measurements from Rickg already on his, but was wondering if some others can get me their measurements of the top holes of the rear seat frame that the canvas is held down to.
I got new WeeBee seats and the rear is going to be really tight. Just sitting the fabric up to the holes its about 1.5" short.
Mine is like this.
O---8"---O----7.5"---O---7.5"---O---8"---O
I had it sitting in the sun yesterday and it got close trying to pull it by hand. I just dont know if it will stretch another inch, rip or if my holes are not spaced to the norm. Frustrating after spending so much $ on them. I don't like the thought of possibly having to weld up and move the holes if I that will remedy the situation, but I will. I believe they are stock in how they are dimpled in.
Thanks,
Brett
A side note, all the other 5 seats look like they will work.

Brett, I got mine from WeeBee too - it seemed real short to me too. I have a thread about it somewhere on here. I ended up setting it in the sun, putting the center screw in and using an awl to stretch it to the rest of the holes - still looked a little short, but I'm used to it now. I don't know the measurements, but like you said - only the end ones matter (as long as you can get a screw in the canvas, it's good.

I got it in, it was a stretch (punny). I mounted the ends 1st, figuring anything inbetween would be right where it needed to be then screwed them in. That way there would be no difference in the tension between the different sections. The other pads went in without any hitches. I'm pleased and it stinks right to.

Looks real good Bretto! I love that smell, but mine is starting to wear off. Keep up the good work! Here's a pic of mine yesterday - we are at the Steel Soldiers Georgia Rally.

The canvas has that orange hue to it now - I don't think I'm going to have to put the top on.

You wouldn't think those cushions would give such a good ride - they feel pretty stiff
