Frame measurment

As I've show before Bubba hacked the front round crossmember of my jep in two horizontaly. I was wondering if anyone had the measurments for this so I can get one made. It appears, from photos on the site to be arched slightly, is it a constant diameter or does it change? Thanks.

I would imagine the diameter varies due to the forming process to curve the tube. I have some photos in my album that may help.
