tire size

HI ALL,
recently i changed the size of my cj 1949, from 600x16 to 700x16.
here is the problem- here in Israel, the tire size is specifid on the car paper work, and this being chacked once a year in the car test.
I need some kind of document that shows that cj2 can have this tire size.

The optional tire was the 7.00-15. I am sure you could special order with a 7.00-16 but that would have to be confirmed with a dealer option manual or guide.
