m38 belcrank problems
I have tried to install the seals on the bell crank two times with little sucess, having bent, crushed, or scraped the rubber off the seal on four of them I think it time to look for help. Has anybody out there ever accomplished this and if you did how did you do it. Any advise would be appreciated.

Start by making sure you have the correct pieces. There are three different size bellcranks and a military sealing/boot system and a civvy unsealed system.
