seat canvas weight
What is the weight (oz) that was specified for M38 seat canvas? Replacement suppliers seem to be all over the place

Thanks Wes - I found a post on the 503 site saying about the same. I do look through the manuals at Aberdeen and the meet at Gilbert, someday I'll get lucky, I did with a NOS M38 right door skin this year, so luck happens. I need to find a left door skin and I'll have a complete closed top. Hillblilly - I think that is the guy I emailed last night asking for a swatch of that #8. The front seats had covers when I got the project jeep, but I don't know if they were from Walck (the jeep came from a few miles from Walck) or one of the notables Beechwood, WeeBee Webbing etc. Either way I have enough of the original back covers to use as a pattern. I have an old HD sewing machine
