The kit supplier is the only person that can answer your "Modern Materials" question. Did you ask the kit provider if there really is only one pulsator diaphragm in the kit or did they just not waste space on the photo showing all three?

It was late in the day when I received the photo of the kit and they were closed for the week end. I will have to call back Monday and ask about the diaphragms.

I was wondering if maybe some one here on the forum has run into this in the past when they rebuilt their pump.

I bought all my pump kits from the auto parts store and they were all modern materials in the 80's and 90's. They also came with all the diaphragms.
