Interference with spring clips and tie rods

Post by 4x4M38 »

Interference with spring clips and tie rods.

There is a TB to address this issue with the A1. I have not
seen it. I have this problem with my M38, and suspect it is
probably because the springs have flattened out.

Until I get that fixed can someone tell me what the fix on the
A1 is ? Is it as simple as turning them upside down ?

Thanks,
Brian

I could swear I just answered this exact same question a couple of days ago.

Hello Wes,
My request for a specific TB related to this issue a few days ago went unanswered.

It appears I may have had an incorrect publication number but thought
I copied it right from the Downloads page.

In any case thank you.

The TB9-8012-1 query was for the M38.

Got no bites so I thought I'd try a question
for the A1.

Thanks again,
Brian
